Washers
COPPER
Manufacture of copper gasket according to DIN 7603 form A, C and D., 2690, 2691, 2697, EN837-2, For the manufacture of copper we use copper-DHP with a purity of 99.9% softened with a minimum hardness of 110HV. All copper and aluminum washers are available for automotive and hydraulic use.
BONDED SEAL
This washer was initially designed for the replacement of copper gaskets and other materials in high pressure systems. Metal-Rubber, also called metalbuna or bonded seal, is comprised of a metal washer with a rubber ring inside.
DIN 125, 127, 9021
Iron washers with a hardness of 100 - 200 HV (higher hardness on demand). Recommended use with up to grade 8.8 screws and Class 8 nuts. The DIN 127 are made of steel springs. Its elasticity prevents the screwed connection's loosening.
DIN 471, 472
Safety rings for shafts and for holes. They are used for axial mounting in an external slot. They can transmit considerable axial loads between the machine's element that exerts the force and the seat on which the ring is mounted. Made of steel spring.
DIN 934, 985
Metal pieces that have different external shapes, with a threaded center hole (a carved groove on the inside) into which a screw is inserted that is of the same type, diameter and thread pitch. Thereby constructing a union of several pieces together that can be disassembled.
METAL SEALS
They all have a common characteristic; they are put together as solid metal. From here, we have a great possibility of different types of joints according to the section it is distinguished by: flat, corrugated, serrated, lenticular, toric.
SOFT MATERIAL SEALS
Flat joints cut from soft material are almost certainly the best known due to their multiple applications depending on the material used during their manufacture. We can highlight the compressed materials based on aramid, organic fibers etc., as being among the most commonly used materials.
CARTER SCREWS
All vehicle brands develop a specific screw for oil changes. We can find them with different treatments, with different shaping and different threads, some can include functions such as facilitating the emptying of the oil deposit or magnetization to absorb the generated shavings.
