HYLOMAR
Hylomar Limited manufactures the world's leading range of non-hardening compounds made for high performance joints and seals. The original product was developed in conjunction with Rolls Royce and was used to seal aircraft engines. Hylomar continues to manufacture Rolls Royce-approved products for the sealing of aeronautical turbines.
SEALANTS AND ADHESIVES
Our silicones offer a wide range of working temperatures and are resistant to weathering and wear. They are an excellent adhesive as well as for electrical insulation. Once cured, our silicone retains its flexibility; It is also capable of filling large cavities, which is why it can be applied in watertight joints.
ANAEROBIC
Anaerobic sealants are used to quickly and seamlessly seal the plumbing joints, plugs and high-pressure fluid power systems (Hydraulic/Pneumatic). Easily applicable and reliable, with or without loads, with the use of hand tools provide an immediate seal which is resistant up to 1,000 psi.
CYANOOCYLATES
The development of this family of products has been enormous in recent years. PASTES AND GREASES
One of the main functions that lubricant greases must have is to avoid the corrosion and oxidation that they are exposed to. They serve, primarily, to lubricate and avoid areas of the machines' elements getting stuck which are subjected on many occasions to high temperatures.
AEROSOLS
We have a wide range of aerosol products since, due to their formulation, they are very useful and easy to use. Furthermore, they do not damage the ozone layer. The family of our aerosols includes brake cleaner, quick cleanser, silicone spray, zinc spray, zinc and aluminum spray...
BI-COMPONENTS
Our two-component epoxy adhesives offer a large number of solutions due to their high resistance to physical and chemical agents. They also ensure a high resistance to temperature and good adhesion to metals, wood and plastic. Of course, once cured they can be sanded, milled, drilled and painted.
ACCESSORIES
We have a wide range of dosing nozzles and spray nozzles. Together with our dosing systems we can control all types of applications. Thus we will find prongs in a 1:1 and 10: 1 ratio in different shapes and lengths. Also dosing guns for 50 ml and 400 ml double injectors.
