R. DYSCAR S.L., (here in after R. DYSCAR) in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, communicates to users:

If you are a client of R. DYSCAR we treat the information you provide us in order to provide them with the requested service and perform billing. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal or mandatory obligation.

If you are not a client of R. DYSCAR we treat the information you provide us for sending you advertising related to our services by any means (postal, email or telephone). The data provided will be kept until you request the cessation of the activity. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal/mandatory reasons.

In both cases you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we are dealing with your personal data at R. DYSCAR therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, correct the inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

If you have sent us your CV we want inform you that your CV will be incorporated into the information systems of R. DYSCAR if your profile fits with the needs of the company, otherwise it will be eliminated within a not exceeding period of one year.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we want communicate to users of our Website www.dyscar.com that the data provided through our website through the forms and / or e-mails received, and which are considered as personal data, will be incorporated into our information systems too.
